Purpose of data processing
a) the personal data provided by the Data Subjects who complete and submit the form published on this web page, will be used by the Data Controller to answer to information or support requests submitted by the Data Subject.
b) Furthermore, the personal data will be processed with the aim of sending our newsletter.
Data processing for the purposes referred to in point b) requires consent from the person concerned to receive our newsletter; failure to provide such consent does not prevent the person concerned from submitting a request for information or support.

The data provided by the Data Subject when submitting an information or support request will not be disseminated; the data may only be communicated to third parties to the extent necessary in order to process your information or support request (for example, individuals who are part of the sales networks, etc.).
Data Subjects’ Rights
With respect to their personal data, each Data Subject can exercise the rights foreseen by Art. 7 of the Code (in particular, including the access of personal data concerning the Data Subject, to request amendments, updates or cancellation, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons), within the limits and conditions laid down in Articles 8, 9 and 10 of the Code, with simple communication to this company, via email to: email@example.com.
Details on processing
The data collected will be processed by Zanolli for as long as necessary to respond to the information or support request sent by the user; where the user has consented to receive our newsletter, the data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter service or until the user has withdrawn their consent.
In any case, personal data that does not require to be retained in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form, as required by law.
